request for a free detailed price estimate. At this point you may
also consider attending one of our Construction Workshops.
It’s time to meet with the financial professional of your
choice
to formally qualify you for the purchase of your log home package.
About a week after the initial consultation you will meet again with
us to review the estimate and finalize any necessary
plan modifications. A $1,000 deposit will guarantee a one-year Price
Freeze, and an additional $1,000 deposit will activate your dream home’s
preliminary plans. Now you can submit a loan application to your
financial institution.
Shipped along with our instructional Construction Manual and DVD, your
dream home’s preliminary plans will be ready to review within four weeks
for any “Signature Design”. After any modifications are finalized,
you’ll sign off on the preliminary plans and place a 20 percent deposit
so that the official construction blueprints can be completed.
It’s time to select a date for your log home
package to be delivered. Please allow up to twelve weeks from the time
your 20 percent deposit is received for delivery of your log home
package. The closing date of your financing needs to be scheduled at
least two weeks prior to delivery.
Lastly, site preparation can be started while
Kuhns Bros. precuts your new log home package. Final payment is due upon
delivery.
