We are Guy and Linda Klemann, authorized sales representatives for
Kuhns Bros. Log Homes, Inc. We became sales reps for Kuhns
Bros. in 2000, ten years after we built our first log home. It was a ranch-style
home with a conventional roof system. Later, we decided that
we wanted a log home with a beam and purlin roof system and a loft,
so we built our second log home. We built the River View
Model.
We serve Columbiana, Carroll, Harrison, Jefferson,
Stark, Tuscarawas, and Wayne Counties. I have been working in
construction since I was in high school and have continued building
for 33 years, does that make me seem old? Yes. I've had
my own general contracting business for the last 14 years.
While I build all types of homes, log homes are the most
enjoyable. These are truly unique homes, that allow for
special craftsmanship. As sales representatives for Kuhns
Bros., Linda and I will assist you in designing, financing, or
locating a builder for your log home. And if you plan to build
your dream home yourself, we can help you achieve that also.
We understand that this may be the biggest decision you've ever had
to make, and that this will probably be the last home that you will
want to live in. So, you'll want to make sure that everything
is just the way you want it. That's why we're here to make
your home a dream come true.
